These terms outline the conditions related to bookings, payments, and travel services.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment (deposit or full amount) is received and acknowledged by us.
Payments
- Accepted method: Bank transfer
- Any bank charges must be covered by the customer
Payment Schedule:
Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings:
Special Periods & Offers:
- Promotional bookings may be non-refundable
- Travel between 20 December and 10 January is non-refundable
Cancellation by Us:
In rare cases where services must be cancelled, refunds or suitable alternatives will be offered.
Liability & Responsibility
- Travel plans may change due to weather or other external factors
- We are not responsible for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen events
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Alternative arrangements may be made if necessary
Travel Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring all passports, visas, and health requirements are valid. We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete documentation.
Customer Conduct
Travellers are expected to follow local laws and behave responsibly. Any damage or misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, conflicts, or government actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
